Privacy notice
Antahshakti is run by Bipin Bihari Dubey. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can have it removed. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect
If you ask for the joining link without an account, we store your name and email address only. If you create an account, we additionally store your preferred language, whether you want reminders, your attendance record, and a phone number if you choose to give one. If you submit a testimonial, we store what you wrote and the name you asked us to display.
Why we collect it
To send you the joining link and an optional reminder before the session, to show you your own attendance record, and to publish testimonials you have explicitly consented to publish. We do not use your data for anything else, and we never sell or share it with advertisers.
Testimonials
A testimonial is published only after you tick the consent box and only after Bipin reviews it. The database refuses to publish anything without that consent recorded. You can ask for yours to be removed at any time, and it will be taken down.
Children
Accounts are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Sessions run for school students are arranged through the school, and we collect no personal data from students at all.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your account exists. Guest sign-up emails from people who never returned are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can view and correct your data from your dashboard, and delete your account there permanently at any time. Deleting your account erases your profile, registrations, attendance and testimonials. You may also write to us to ask for any of this.
Security
Data is held in Supabase, in its Mumbai region, encrypted at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security so that no member can read another member's data.
